With user-scope package installation, which I think is the default, package commands and manuals end up in `(find-user-console-bin-dir)` and `(find-user-man-dir)`. I already have a somewhat bespoke setup for managing those directories when I upgrade Racket versions\[1\].

I'm curious if rackup handles these, and if so how?

1. I have `~/.racket-bin` and `~/.racket-man` on `PATH` and `MANPATH` respectively, and they are symlinks to the appropriate directories. I have [a Zuo task in my dotfiles](https://github.com/benknoble/Dotfiles/blob/e747e97121e5dcc3c04643909497ef3bab1096d9/main.zuo#L147-L167) to refresh those symlinks for when I upgrade Racket.
