# Minimal-racket is very slow before installing compiler-lib

Is it possible to add a warning for these cases when racket.exe starts without any arguments? Something like:

```
Welcome to Racket v8.5 [cs].
Your installation is probably too slow for some weird problem. 
Visit https://www.racket-lang.org/slowv85.html to get more info.
```
