In the description of weak? in [5.8&nbsp;Custodian Shutdown Registration](https://docs.racket-lang.org/foreign/Custodian_Shutdown_Registration.html)  
there seems to be an extra 'no' in the clause "the value becomes strongly held when no there are no other strong references and no later-registered finalizers or wills apply."
