I'm setting up a new machine, and the only version of Racket on this machine is 9.3.900, so I was surprised when I downloaded rhombus, and got an error about a .zo file that had been compiled for version 9.3. I did a small amount of digging, and discovered that `http://download.rhombus-lang.org/releases/1.1/pkgs/rhombus.zip` contains `.zo` files. Is that a bundling oversight? I'm confident I can repair it by removing the compiled subdirectory, but that probably isn't reasonable to ask of our users?

```scheme
loading code: version mismatch
  expected: "9.3.900"
  found: "9.3"
  in: /Users/clements/Library/Racket/9.3.900/pkgs/rhombus/rhombus/scribblings/main/compiled/info_rkt.zo
  possible solution: running `racket -y`, `raco make`, or `raco setup`
  context...:
   /Applications/Racket v9.3.900/collects/setup/getinfo.rkt:33:0: get-info/full
   /Applications/Racket v9.3.900/collects/racket/contract/private/arrow-val-first.rkt:587:3
Oh... it might also be worth mentioning that I did a `-D` (a.k.a. `--no-docs`) install; if I'd done a regular install, it would perhaps have overwritten these files.
Yes --- the Rhombus release catalog serves machine-independent compiled
files for the current Racket release (and a handful of other recent
releases via the Racket version supplied in a catalog request).
I expect that `raco pkg install` with a different version will detect
that things need to be compiled and do so, and it seems to work right
when I download a pre-release and `raco pkg install -i rhombus-lib`.
Did you install in a different way?
Sorry — I missed the follow-up here. Yes, `-D` prevents the recompile that is intended with the current Rhombus release-catalog setup.
