# Should the html section tag include section pretitle content?

I'm adding the html section tag to the Scribble html renderer. Should the scope of the section tag include pretitle content, or should it only include content starting at the Scribble section command?

Never mind, Scribble inverts the order of the part title and pre-title content anyway, I don't think I can avoid including it.
