PasteRack is timing out

FYI - clicking the PasteRack link at the top of the page redirects to http://pasterack.org/, but the site times out.

I just tried it out and it worked for me.

Working for me today also. I tried a few times yesterday, and they all timed out. I wonder if the logs indicate the problem.
