Manuals that look the same - how?

Hello! I noticed that many Racket manuals, tutorials etc. online have the same look as the Racket official documentation. This may be a really dumb question but what is being used to produce these? Thanks! :slight_smile:

I thought there were a presentation on Scribble on YouTube - but I couldn't find it.
