Frog on larger sites

I have a moderate sized ikiwiki install (~1500 sub-pages) that I am
considering converting to some other static site generator. Frog seems
like a candidate, since I like racket, and I've used it for some toy
projects. On the other hand I'm not sure if it is really up for keeping
a larger site up to date. Does anyone do this? I noticed that Greg has
somewhat lost enthusiasm for the project, so I'm curious if there is an
active user community.

I have a very modestly sized blog that I use frog for, and I've been very happy with it. That's not necessarily what you're looking for, but maybe it's a small part of what you're looking for?

It is certainly more encouraging than ominous silence :).

Another, related question is if anyone is aware of tooling to convert an
ikiwiki (mostly markdown) site to frog. There is various metadata
embedded which would have to be converted also I guess. Although part of
my site is a blog, most would be non-post pages

Hmm... that silence sounds pretty ominous!
