Racketfest, the rogue Racket conference, is on! Mark your calendars: Saturday, March 18, 2023 in Berlin, Germany.
All the information you need is on the Racketfest homepage. That page contains all information, and will be updated as planning proceeds. But to summarize and get you fired up here:
Call for presentations & nominations
There's already one talk lined up! But we obviously need more. There are two ways you can help out there:
- Offer to present something yourself
- Nominate someone else doing something cool & Racket-y
The organizers will be doing a bit of stealth work behind the scenes to find great talks, but if experience is any guide, the community knows much more about what's awesome in the Racket community than just a single lowly organizer.
Please use this form both to submit a talk for yourself, and to nominate someone. Is there someone out there whose work you think is really cool, whom you'd like to meet? Nominate them!
Partner Conferences
Racketfest pairs like a great cheese to the fine wine that is BOBKonf, held one day before (Friday, March 17, 2023), also in Berlin. Make a trip to Berlin even more worth your while by attending both Racketfest and BOB!

We are currently working on organizing an after-conference dinner. Nothing is certain yet, but we're working on it. There's a step in the registration form where you can indicate whether you'd be interested in joining a post-conference dinner.

We currently do not have any blocks of rooms booked at any hotel in Berlin. You just need to arrange your own lodging by using your favorite hotel booking site. Just punch in the address of the venue (Skalitzerstrasse 85/86, 10997 Berlin, Germany), filter by your needs, and choose whatever lodging you like.
