When I double-click on racket-8.12-x86_64-win32-cs.exe in Windows 10 I see the message "Windows protected your PC. Microsoft Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognised app from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk." - is this the wrong file for installing Racket on Windows 10?
I think we're not entirely sure what triggers that message but it seems to have something to do with how many times racket has been downloaded and possibly might be affected by feedback in the edge browser (you can click something that amounts to you testifying that this is a "good" program somewhere but I forget where).
If you click one of the buttons on the bottom right, to continue past that screen, you'll see that the binary you downloaded is, indeed, signed.
